Dolyk & Zeiher, Co. L.P.A. was formed when Kevin J. Zeiher and W. Zack Dolyk decided to leave a firm they had been with since 1978 and form Dolyk & Zeiher, Co. L.P.A.  The firm consist of two Peer Review AV rated attorneys, Kevin J. Zeiher and W. Zack Dolyk and an associate, Michael Towne.  The firm has two offices one located at 165 East Water Street in Sandusky and the other at 1513 State Route 60 in Vermillion.
 
Kevin J. Zeiher and W. Zack Dolyk have both received the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell, (AV) and they both have a wealth of experience in the general practice of law, concentrating on Personal Injury, Domestic Relations, Criminal & Traffic, Real Estate, Probate Administration, Estate Planning and Civil Trial Practice.  Kevin J. Zeiher is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocates and is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States and regularly practices in the all of the Federal Courts and State Courts in Ohio.  W. Zack Dolyk is not only licensed to practice in all of the Ohio Courts but also the Federal Courts of Ohio and is a part time judge in the Vermilion, Ohio Municipal Court.
 
Both Kevin J. Zeiher and W. Zack Dolyk have practiced law for over 30 years and both attorneys have been civic leaders in their respective communities. Mr. Zeiher has been president of the Erie County Bar Associaiton, and a member of the Erie MetroPark Board for 17 years.  Mr. Dolyk is chariman of the Amherst Historical Society and has served as president of the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce and the YMCA.

Michael Towne was born and raised in Amherst, Ohio and recieved his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and a Master of Social Work from San Diego State University.  Mr. Towne was a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Chicago.  After moving to California Mr. Towne worked as a criminal defense attorney with the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office and practied law in California.  Mr. Towne passed the Ohio bar and joined Dolyk & Zeiher in 2008 and  concentrates his practice in criminal defense.
